Tony Taddeo – President

Tony has been a key member of the of W.F. Hann & Sons management team since 2002 but he has more than 30 years experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning) industry. With his strong expertise in every aspect of our business, Tony understands what it takes to provide the finest heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service for our customers.

Karen Johnson – Controller

Karen, who manages all of our accounting services, brings over 20 years of experience. She makes her home on the east side with her husband and five children.

Mike Fedor - Residential Service Manager

Mike Fedor, who has been with W.F. Hann & Sons for more than 15 years, has over 31 years of experience in the HVAC business. He is skilled at providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers are treated professionally and with respect.

“At W.F. Hann & Sons we go through hoops to make sure our customers are treated right,” explains Mike. “We go the extra mile to make sure that their heating and cooling systems are in top running order. I want our customers to feel safe and comfortable in their home.”

Before being named Residential Service Manager held positions of increasing responsibility within W.F. Hann & Sons including service and lead service technician. He is fully accredited by N.A.T.E. (North American Technician Excellence), the leading national HVAC technician certification program.

Kevin Zilke - Plumbing Manager

Certified Master Plumber, Kevin Zilke, is W.F. Hann & Sons Plumbing Manager. “I sometimes get a double take from people when I tell them I’m W.F. Hann’s Plumbing Manager,” explains Kevin. “People know W.F. Hann for heating and cooling but not as much for plumbing…even though we are one of the leading plumbing service providers in our area.”

Kevin, who has been with W.F. Hann & Sons for 10 years, has nearly 20 years of plumbing experience. He is a specialist in home and commercial plumbing systems including sewer camera inspection; hydro-jet sewer cleaning; gas line repairs, and installations; tank-type and tankless water heater service and installations; fire system/hydrant inspection, maintenance and repair services and much more.

A resident of Madison, Ohio, Kevin has two children…Zachary, age 11 and Ava, age 6. In addition to spending time with his family, Kevin loves to golf and ride motorcycles.

Kevin’s Plumbing Tip: It can really pay to fix that leaking faucet or toilet that flushs itself. Research shows that 8% or more of all home water is wasted through leaks. So, fixing that leak could save 500 gallons of water each month!

Bob Haynes – Commercial Service Manager

Bob serves as the Service Manager of our Commercial Division. He began his career with Havsco Heating and Air Conditioning in 1980. Bob, who holds a degree in completed Environmental Technology, worked with Havsco in various service capacities until it merged with W.F. Hann and Sons several years ago.

Billy Werman – Purchasing/Warehouse Manager

Billy has over 10 years of experience in our industry. He began as a warehouse worker and driver in 2000 but quickly working his way up in positions of increasing responsibility to become the manager of his department. In addition to serving as Purchasing/Warehouse Manager, Billy also oversees many other duties including management of our vehicle fleet and communications.

Jeff Mesec – Residential Sales Consultant

Born and raised in Geauga county, Jeff is a 1996 graduate of John Carroll University. He joined W.F. Hann and Sons right out of school. He has a vast amount of expertise in residential HVAC including duct design, load calculations, new construction and geothermal and hydronics systems. “I enjoy meeting new people and would like the opportunity to earn your business by offering you the best solution for your indoor comfort needs,” adds Jeff.

Jerry Schafer – Residential & Commercial Sales Consultant

In our industry, Jerry has done it all. From field installer and installation manager to his current position as Sales Consultant. He has 34 years of experience in the HVAC business, starting with W.F. Hann and Havsco in 1989.

Ron Valentino – Commercial & Residential Sales Consultant

Ron, who has 26 years experience in the HVAC industry, began his career with W.F. Hann and Sons in 1985.

Brittney Bruin -- Customer Service Representative

Brittney joined our team in 2010 in our call center. With five years of customer service experience, Brittney is on our “front line” with assisting customers with their initial phone calls. Brittney also enjoys spending time with her family and sightseeing.

George Chuha- Commercial Service Operations

Having twenty-two years in the home improvement industry, George has spent the last twelve years in our HVAC division. George’s responsibilities include routing our commercial technicians, purchasing for our commercial service department and estimating repairs. George lives on the west side with his wife and three sons.

Cindy DiOrio- Installation Administrator

Cindy joined W.F. Hann & Sons in 2005 in our installation office. Cindy handles the day to day operation of the installation department including scheduling new equipment sales consultations.

Ron Jenkins- Plumbing Dispatcher

Ron has been with W.F. Hann & Sons since 1994, taking on tasks such as residential sales and managing the indoor air quality/duct cleaning division. Currently Ron is handling the coordination and dispatch of our plumbers.

Morgan Mack- Customer Service Representative

Morgan is our newest team member, joining us this year. We are excited to say that Morgan brings ten years of customer service experience with her.

Dawn Milianta – Accounts Receivable

After receiving her Associates Degree in accounting, Dawn started at W.F. Hann in 2006. Presently, Dawn is responsible for our accounts receivable division…including billing and collections. In her spare time, Dawn enjoys spending time with her three sons.

Colleen Reed- Contract Administrator

Colleen started at W.F. Hann & Sons nine years ago and currently maintains and implements our residential and commercial service agreements along with training our new office employees. Colleen lives on the east side with her husband, Eric, and their two children.

Keith Thompson- Dispatcher

Keith joined our team in 1999 in our call center. Keith routes our residential technicians daily to ensure our customers receive the most expedited service. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, Kelly, and their two children.

Roxanne Young- Accounts Payable

Roxanne joined WF Hann in 2004 in our Accounts Receivable department…moving to the Account Payable side in 2007. Prior to that, Roxanne held HR Manager and Office Manager positions with a medical device company for seven years. She lives on the east side with her husband and son. In her spare time she enjoys reading and doing crafts.
